In July 2010, Golden Gate Business has successfully completed the sale of the control stake in Kyiv non-alcoholic beverages plant Rosinka, that was owned by Orangina Scweppes Group. The company has leading positions in Kiev region in its segments.

The sale of the company was handled trough a competitive process which took 5 months from start to closing and has allowed to maximize the value for the sellers. Golden Gate Business has acted as sole financial advisor to the sellers.
