Golden Gate Business has acted as sole financial advisor to Lion Capital, London based private equity firm, in the process of acquisition by one of its portfolio company, Orangina Group, of the Ukrainian soft drink producer Rosinka. GGB has advised its client on all the stages of the negotiations starting from first contacts with the Sellers until closing. GGB's deep understanding of the Ukrainian business environment and vast experience in dealing with high profile Ukrainian sellers has allowed Orangina not only to win the competitive process but also to reduce the price at the final stage of negotiations. GGB has provided integration support to Orangina during 6 months following the transaction.
