Golden Gate Business has acted as sole financial advisor to Horizon Capital, private equity firm based in Kyiv, in the sale of Shostka city milk plant. GGB has organized and handled a competitive auction process which permitted to maximize the value to the selling shareholders. As a result, Shostka city milk plant was acquired by one of the leading French cheese producers Fromageries Bel.
