Golden Gate Business has acted as sole financial advisor to the owners of Gostomel Glass Factory (company) in the sale of their shares to a strategic investor. In order to maximize the value for the selling shareholders, Golden Gate Business planned and executed the restructuring of the Company which resulted in a spin-off of a subsidiary plant still remaining in the hands of its clients. Swiss packaging glass producer, Vetropack, has acquired more than 75% of Gostomel shares.
