In April 2006, Golden Gate Business has successfully completed the sale of 100% of interest in CSS (company), Odessa based fixed-line telecom provider. GGB acted as sole financial advisor to the sellers and has helped its client to restructure the company prior to the sale. This has increased company’s efficiency and transparency and, as a result, maximized its value. The company was acquired by System Capital Management, Donetsk based diversified industrial and financial group.
