Golden Gate Business has advised the owners of Kramatorsk cement plant (company), in the sale of the company to a strategic investor. In order to maximize the value for the selling shareholders, Golden Gate Business planned and executed the restructuring of the Company which resulted in a spin-off and separate sale of a subsidiary asbestos plant bringing additional value to the sellers. The company was sold to Inteko, Russian cement group. The sale was done through a competitive process which maximized the value for the selling shareholders. Golden Gate Business has acted as sole financial advisor to the sellers.
