Golden Gate Business has acted as sole financial advisor to Horizon Capital, private equity firm based in Kyiv, in the sale of majority stake in MTV-Ukraine, Ukrainian entertainment TV-channel for youth, which is the part of MTV Networks.

Ukrainian media group U.A. Inter Media Group has been chosen as the new owner of the company.
